We had a really nice stay in Rome not far from the Colosseum and Forum Romanum as well as main attractions.

From start to finish - a really really nice experience in celebration of a significant anniversary. We loved it, especially the location, it was unbeatable and incredible. Colosseo subway station nearby.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable beds, lovely linens, and even toothbrushes and slippers provided. The location was fantastic, right next to the Colosseum with stunning views, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We absolutely loved our stay at Romance al Colosseo! The location right next to the Colosseum was perfect, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was cozy. The highlight of our experience was the warm welcome from Luigi and Christina. They were waiting for us outside the building with friendly smiles and were extremely helpful in showing us to the apartment. Their attention to detail was admirable, from the delicious lemon cake to the champagne they left for us. We felt truly cared for and appreciated.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Roman Forum, and we had a lovely stay to celebrate a special anniversary, despite the beds being a bit small.

The host was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The apartment exceeded our expectations and had great amenities. It was conveniently located near the metro and main sites, making it easy to explore the city.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our stay.

Our stay at the place was perfect, me and my children loved it, Luigi was an amazing host and the location was very close to the Coliseum.

I stayed for a few days and it was the perfect place for my sightseeing trip. The location of the hotel is excellent, with breathtaking views of the Colosseum from the bedrooms. The beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The owner, Luigi, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations for sights and transportation. The level of care and service from the first contact to departure was outstanding. The fridge was stocked with delicious food and drinks for breakfast, including a bottle of Prosecco. Luigi's girlfriend even baked a homemade cake to greet us. I highly recommend Romance Al Colosseo for anyone visiting Rome.

Difficult main door: Opening the main door proved to be a bit of a challenge each time, taking a few minutes to get the key to cooperate.

Our stay at Romance Al Colosseo was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Luigi, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The property itself was spacious and well-organized, with beautiful spaces for our group to spread out. The highlight was definitely the location, with the Colosseum just a stone's throw away and a metro station conveniently nearby. We were also grateful for Luigi's assistance in arranging transportation for our group. The thoughtful touches, such as snacks, homemade cake, and a bottle of bubbles, made us feel truly welcome. We even had a view of the Colosseum from our bedroom window! Despite being peak season, the sound-proofing was excellent, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The only minor issue we encountered was with the toilets, which sometimes had trouble flushing properly. we highly recommend Romance Al Colosseo and are already planning another stay at the end of our trip.
